FANUC Servo Alarm 5136 Number of Amps Too Small on FSiA_B Workaround

  1. Put control in mdi mode
  2. Press offset/setting hard key
  3. Press setting soft key
  4. Parameter write enable should be displayed at top of screen and should be highlighted
  5. Press “1” and input
  6. Should now see alarm screen with “p/s 100 parameter write enabled”
  7. Press system hard key
  8. Press parameter soft key
  9. Type in parameter “2165” then press “nr. Srh”
  10. Highlight any axis that is turned on, meaning “1”, and type “0” and input
  11. Press offset/setting key, will then take you back to paramater write enable screen
  12. Change parameter write enable back to “0”
  13. Press “reset”
  14. All alarms should be gone. If not, power down the control and power back up.
